oh, DOSBox-tan, a-hah, a, oh... [clears throat] <awkward>
I would draw that right now except I suck at drawing, however I can think of some characteristics, so here they are:
- glasses/meganekko and relatively small, not because of its connections to nerdiness (not that that shouldn't be expressed) but because of the whole "wise beyond your years" thing; it's pretty new, but it emulates some things that are pretty old and is deceptively simple
- average-looking (not too much kawaii because it can get ugly sometimes)
- maybe kind of pale (again, you may be thinking nerdiness, but it's the default white text color)
- no-nonsense (I don't know how you might draw that, but whatever)
- along with that, pretty plain clothes
- fun-loving (it's supposed to be for gaming, remember?)
- smart, obviously
- like Win95-tan in that there would be a lack of modern computer knowledge (outside of modern Windows API's)
- that's about it
I think the people who work on it may possibly look at DOSBox-tan drawings and maybe even pick one as official, but then again they have their hands kind of full with DOSBox.
I'm going to PM Qbix and see what (s)he thinks.
