For those who are interested Arctic Fox (Tandy mode) works just fine under DOSBox 0.72 - The reason it wasn't working previously for some people is a bad crack.

So I bought this oldie brand new off ebay. It's pretty fun to open up a shrink wrapped 1986 Dynamix/EA game sleeve. 😁
But this game refuses to play unless you crack it. I still have some of DOS game cracking programs around and got it going with one. Without cracking it all you can do is look at the main menu. Trying to use the function keys to start the game just resets the scrolling of the intro screen.
I tried making a image of the 720k 3.5" with Winimage. I tried mounting the actual floppy disk. I tried copying all the files from the disk and mounting that as both a directory and then as a floppy. No go. Just had to crack it the classic way.
There's also the 5.25" floppy but I don't have a drive for it.
