I've been running Dosbox for a few days playing some old Sierra games and so far things have been fine with the early SpaceQuest stuff.

However when I installed Conquests of the Longbow and ran it I get kicked back to the prompt immediately with "couldn't install video driver".

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I'm running Dosbox off a MacBook Pro with Tiger.

Run install / setup and make sure your machine is configured as VGA with AdLib / Soundblaster sound. I've played the game within DOSBox, I can assure it works.

be sure that you have the VGA320.DRV driver, too.
