I was trying to play the first part of the Xcom series on Vista, but all I get was a black screen and the sound of the intro.
So I installed the DosBox 0.72, but unfortunately I always get the message "This programm cannot be run in DOS mode" when I will run the game.
I hope someone can help me 😀

Yes and the game that's listed is a dos game. The thing you have isn't,
or it's an self-extracting windows archive. Not dos.
So where did you get it from? Surely not your original disks.

I have unpack the files in a special directory and "mount" over the DosBox to this directroy. And I have tried to run the exe-file many times.
Get your original then, not some download.
