Ubuntu Linux 8.04, DOSBox .72.
I have imgmounted the disk image as D:, which LOL2: Guardians of Destiny requires. Running the installer lets me set up my sound card; However, when it comes to installing the game itself, it says I don't have enough disk space (needs ~200mb, says I have 110). Of course, I got plenty of room on my fake C:\. Telling it to install elsewhere does not work either. How can I fix this?

No, you have 110MB free on your disk C, because DOSBox artificially limits it to prevent disk space calculators from overrunning and giving negative amounts on large disks. Mount the disk using the "-freesize" parameter to set the amount of free disk space DOSBox reports on the disk.

Yes, it’s my fault.

What would the command be to mount the disk with freesize? I tried mount c ~/dos -freesize. but it didn't do anything.

Hi, I could not find anything relating to -freesize in the readme or the wiki - can someone enlighten me how it works? Or at least point me with a link to where it is documented.

Thank you very much in advance for trying to help!

Thanks, after the other replies were talking about readme and documentation, I never thought not to look on this site ... oh well at least thanks for the link, now I know that only other sites on the net have useful dosbox tutorials and don`t need to bother you again.
