How to get Superstar (by Daisy Chain) working on DosBox?

Anyone have any idea how to get this game to play on dosbox?

I used to play it on my win95 and it was great fun.
Now the win95 is gone and i've been trying to play it on my ibook (mac osx 10.4) but have been unsuccessful.

The first time i tried to play i got an error message saying i needed cwsdpmi.zip or something so i added the cwsdpmi.exe files that i found online to the game folder.
That removed the "need cwsdpmi.zip" message but now the game seems to load all i get is a black screen for about 5 mins and then dosbox crashes.
Anyone have any idea what is wrong?

According to the game specs Superstar is supposed to run on dos or win95/98.

Works for me. Unpacked the Star.zip and csdpmi5b.zip into a folder called Unpacked, and started DOSBox with

mount C Unpacked
C:
path C:\bin;%PATH%
Super

still doesn't work for me.
tried what you suggested but same problem, seems to load but all i get is a black screen then crashes after 3mins.
i use a mac, tiger osx 10.4... sigh.
