well i just created a shortcut for lba2 ( "C:\Program Files\DOSBox-0.73\dosbox.exe" "C:\Program Files\Activision\Twinsen's Odyssey\TWINSEN.EXE" )
but it asks The lba2 cd, that is already at CD\DVD drive
any one can help me? 😉

You need to change that short-cut.
Add 3 -c commands:

One to mount the C-drive.
One to mount the CD.
One to start the game.

Keep in mind that this game works best in DOSBox by imgmount of a bin/cue.
