Hi guys, I have a problem with Indycar Racing and I need your help.

I own the USB Ferrari GT 3-in-1 Rumble Force wheel with pedals from Thrustmaster and I thought "Hey, why not play Indycar with a wheel instead of a keyboard?"

Well, the thing is that my menu is scrolling automatically up and down and down and up...

Now this problem is also described in the user manual. I followed the instructions, but it didn't help.

I searched here for a solution and so I changed some settings in the config-file like joysticktype=axis2/4 or timed=true/false but it didn't work either.

I own the 0.73 version of DosBox and I had to download VDMSound for Indycar 2.

Do you have any ideas/suggestions/solutions for me?

Thanks for your help.

Neither timed=true nor timed=false works.

By the way my USB mouse works, I can scroll perfectly (if my wheel is deactivated, of course).

I found this commentary in the config-file: "fcs (Thrustmaster)", but joysticktype=fcs also didn't help.

yeah, I have no troubles using timed=true and cycles=30000 (don't forget to recalibrate in-game after changing your settings)

Thank you guys for your help, it works fine now.

I set cycles=50000 and it works perfectly, Indycar 1 and Indycar 2.

I will test some different settings now bu at least I know that THIS setting works.

Thank you, again.
