First my specs: 600watt Zalman PSU, Asus A7V-400MX mobo, Athlon 2600+ XP 2.0ghz CPU, 2GB kingston PC-2700 RAM, Leadtek Nvidia 7600 GS gfx, 7200rpm 8mb cache WD 80GB P-ATA hdd system disk, LG 52x CD/16x DVD-/+R/RW combo IDE drive, onboard VIA Realtek sound, RME Hammerfall 9652 sound (unused for gaming, only for pro audio uses) - and soon to add a firewire 800 pci card.

I get every other game running great with a .conf file and shortcut referencing the conf, so I click and run all my games perfectly and I am so thankful for this wonderful program that means I don't always (now almost never) need to boot up and connect cables to my old Dos Box (physical one!) that I have sitting under my current desktop.

Anyway Tek War is giving me grief. I've tried some different outputs, machines and scalers but no love. I found a cycle rate to run it pretty smoothly, but the game is in a tiny box in the middle of the screen. Around it are usually blue patterns/tile things, while the HUD overlay (the game details of health, rearview etc) is displayed properly at the corners of the screen. But all the gameplay is done in a tiny box. On my 19" CRT this is painful! I would like to try this game out.. even though it seems really bad, I like the way it was attempting to be somewhat like Deus Ex before technically really possible.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Here's my conf file for reference:

Press the + key.

Oh by the way, you don't even need nolfb. IIRC, the original CD version doesn't default to a low viewsize. If you're playing a rip you're missing half the fun!

p.s. I read the first paragraph as Jim Morrisson singing for some reason
