You should start by telling us what have you tried exactly.

Hardware specs. Software specs. Mounting commands for DOSBox. Et cetera.

Mounting commands?

All I tried is setting my DVD Drive (E) as the CD Drive (D) in DOSbox, which made no difference, then I did that and added -noioctl as a mount parameter as suggested on another site which enabled the 8 track in the sound options menu in game, but I still got no music and it wasnt reading from the CD at all.

I've also tried creating an ISO and copying all the files from the CD to the installation directory.

As for system specs, i'm on Windows 7 Home Premium with the latest DOSbox version installed and running.

Graphics is a NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT, Sound is OnBoard (don't know how to get more info on that.) 4906MB RAM (About 4 GB in total, though Windows only useses about 2-3), AMD Athlon 64 X2 Duel Core Processor 5200+(2CPUs) ~2.7GHz.

what is your dosbox version and where have you got it from?

post content of "DOSBox Status Window" (in Windows: right click on its title bar -> edit)
enclose your dosbox's config file

post your mount lines and what is written under every mount line
post what is written after you type "mount"

Nevermind managed to get it now, missed one piece of important info when mounting the cd rom.

Good to hear that. Also keep in mind that ISO format doesn't support red audio tracks (music cd tracks).
