i need to mount a z: unit to run a specific aplication, but DOSBox mounts itself in that unit.
How can i change the default unit in wich dosbox is mounted?

you change the sourcecode of dosbox or just have bad luck.
What kind of application requires it ? The only game I know that requires it is the cracked version of Z.

Maybe VMWare? But under VMware it's possible to change mapped drive letter.

It was not a game, just foxbase, I have some old programs working with it.
The problem was that i don't have the instalation program, just copy it, and newer versions i could found weren't 100% compatible, and the program was not able to find the correct path.
I found the config file and edited it changing in this way the default path, so i could solve the problem.
Thank you another time for your answer and for so great program, i'm going to rescue some old games too (starting with double dragon).
