what you mean by `install a game` there is a folder with game, setup is for sound and mouse, thats it

You didn't understand the concept of mounting.
Create a folder c:\dosgames
put the dune2 folder in this folder
mount c c:\dosgames

That's because you mounted c:\dune2 as the root of the virtual c drive inside of DOSBox. If you want the game to show up in a dune2 subdirectory of the virtual c:\ drive then you should be putting your games in something like c:\dosgames\dune2 on your real hard drive and then mounting c:\dosgames to the virtual c drive.

also type dir to see what you can cd to
