Err... Yes to what? I'll assume this is to my first sentence earlier and you copied the files from the disc without running install.
Here's how I install it.
I've imaged the disc and named it Future_Shock.iso
Future_Shock.iso is located in C:\DOS
I also have a folder C:\DOS\GAMES
In the DOSBox settings under [autoexec] I have:
- MOUNT C C:\DOS\GAMES -t dir -freesize 400
IMGMOUNT D C:\DOS\Future_Shock.iso -t iso
D:
INSTALL
I start DOSBox and choose:
- Change the insall type
Full installation (38MB)
Change install path
C:\SHOCK
Select Digital
Sound Blaster 16 220 1 7
Select MIDI
Sound Blaster 16 388
To patch it I place TFS130.exe in C:\DOS\GAMES\SHOCK
and change [autoexec] to:
- MOUNT C C:\DOS\GAMES -t dir -freesize 400
C:
CD SHOCK
TFS130
To play it [autoexec] reads:
- MOUNT C C:\DOS\GAMES -t dir -freesize 400
IMGMOUNT D C:\DOS\Future_Shock.iso -t iso
C:
CD SHOCK
SHOCK

Make a backup. Install it properly and patch it. Then copy your saves to the new location. I haven't tested if you need to start over after patching. They might still work.
