Is it possible to get the two to play nice in Glide? If so, what files are needed, etc?

Should not be an issue. You need the voodooc.exe patch for voodoo 2's. I've played carma 1 through windows dos for hours on a V2/V3/V5 flawlessly.

Wish I could say the same on Carma SP. The patch is finicky in windows and crashes after a couple races usually.

Carma SP is unstable as hell. I had a hard time even with the native Windows version.
