I want to have crt monitor experience when using dosbox (in text mode)?
Anyone knows how to get it?

That shader works best for emulating low resolution modes (e.g. 320x200) in fullscreen (biggest scaling factor possible on your monitor). Looks like you're trying to do 1024x768 without any scaling, which explains those funky patterns.
