Hi,
I am talking about the black 4 button IBM joystick with a throttle and a POV hat.

Does anyone know how the slider buttons configure the joystick and where the Windows Drivers are? I cannot seem to get the POV hat working under Win XP and flipping the left most slider seems to turn the POV hat into the throttle control.

P.S. I think I just read somewhere that the POV hat and throttle cannot both operate at same time and the switches regulate them. If anyone has any details regarding how to get the POV hat working correctly and how the signal is interpreted please share!
