It should be possible. I'll get a copy myself and have a go when I get a moment.
Until then, if you could post a list of the files that are installed and their sizes, I may be able to tell you how to do it.

Today I tried the Steam version of TR1 with Glidos 1.51 using the same installation method as the GOG version and it works.
Unfortunately although the ambient or background sounds and the title theme music can be heard, the other game music from the audio pack does not seem to work.
Is there anyway to get the music to work ?
The Steam version uses DosBox 0.74

Yes, I've heard of this problem before. I'll give it a try myself and see if I can find the cause.
In the mean time, there is something you can try that should fix it. Download and install the archive here. Then change the Glidos config to use that tomb.exe, but leave the iso path unchanged.
