I recently got this system for a good price (70 dollars) (minus the MIDI card) and thought I would put up some pictures:
First and foremost the specs:
Intel DX4-100MHz
Asus VL/I-486SV2GX4 motherboard /w PS/2 mousebracket
1024kb cache
1x32MB FPM 60ns RAM
Creative Soundblaster AWE32 CT2760
Sony SCSI 2x CD drive with caddy
Mitsumi Single Speed CD-ROM (CRMC-LU005S)
VL-bus Adaptec AHA-2840A SCSI & Floppy I/O controller card.
VL-bus VGA Number Nine 9GXE64 S3 Vision 864 2MB
3COM Etherlink III 10mbit ISA network card
Midiman MM-401 MIDI interface card connected to my CM32L or SC-55mkII
IBM SCSI 50-pin 9 GB harddrive (quick and quiet for being so old)
3 1/2 floppydrive
486 AT case w/ PSU
The front:
Some yellow coloring on the front which is typical on old AT cases. Otherwise it's in great shape. I blew the Power On LED by connecting it to the 5V powersupply to test it, but turbo and HD is working.
Sony 2x SCSI caddy cdrom. Reads CD-R discs I burn with my Samsung DVD burner 😀 A bit slow to install stuff, but there is no noise and I've not experienced any issues with it.
See my Youtube video for the Mitsumi drive:

Not so much space for all the cables and stuff. Could probably be a bit more cable tidy. I've used strips to mount a 80mm 1000rpm fan to cool the CPU as I don't have a proper socket 3 heatsink with fan, and it is also practically silent. From the bottom you see the Midiman card, then AWE32, 3com network, VLB SCSI and floppy controller before you got the S3 Vision VLB. Still two ISA slots available for COM/SERIAL and Printer I/O card and maybe another soundcard for connecting an internal daughtercard.
All is connected to a flatscreen 2004 19" Hansol 930D CRT monitor which I'm very satisfied with! The plan is to use it for pre 1995 DOS games. All in all I think I did a good deal picking up this system and it's been a pleasure playing with it so far 😀
