Hello all--first post.

Going through my game archives, I came across TF1942 a naval simulator from the 90's; great game in it's day. A few years back I bought a few version on a CD and it did run on a windows 98 machine.

After doing some research on getting it to run on Vista I downloaded D-fend and tried run it on the DOSBOX that it includes.
I got it mounted on the virtual C drive, but in typing in "tf1942" which usually runs, it nothing happens. When I try to configure it, it indicates it can't be configured.
would appreciate help from anyone that has been able to get thi game running on Vista.
