Agreed, don't see why this is in Dosbox. Moved to Windows.

Any further clue to this please. I want to play this game desperately but am not getting the graphics settings right.

Thanks for the reply mate. It is infact a game which would run without a flaw in win98 and XP. I tried using Win95 compat mode in Win 7. For some days it worked fine. The title graphics is perfect, the game graphics has gone for a swing and is ineligible.

What confuses me is why there would be a problem logging in as guest, unless the guest has Aero disabled or something.

@Jorpho, that seems to be a little costly solution. Wonder if anything messes up with the explorer , or I will not be able to access any folders meantime etc. I wonder if that is the only roundabout available.Infact these days the output is bad even for the main user. Wonder what was the settings when it played correctly?

It's harmless; people have been doing it all the time since Windows 7 was released. You just restart Explorer afterwards by starting the task manager (ctrl-shift-Esc) and starting it from the File menu.

But it does seem strange how leaving open a settings window miraculously gets the graphics back! Thanks to whoever tried such combinations...
