How can i find memory area that allocate by dosbox precisely. also how can find memory allocated by a dos program under dosbox?

This seems close to what you're looking for: DOSShark for DOSbox 0.74
You may get some pointers (heh, a dual meaning) from it, but note that relative memory addresses can vary from one build of DOSBox to another.
