You're using the Glide wrapper? Unfortunately there's an incompatibility between the Glide wrapper and AMD drivers. Dege can't fix it without access to a HD 7000 or 200/300 series card.
No. Because i had r9 290x few months ago and everything worked fine with dgvoodoo 2.4x.I am using same video driver now Catalyst 15.3 and 15.4
I currently own a 290x and I can't use the Glide wrapper at all. Games freeze immediately and the driver either resets or I have to close the game from taskmanager and then gpu load stays at 100% until I reboot.
I tried several different drivers and versions of dgVoodoo and none worked. The developer said it's because of a driver incompatibility.
DgVoodoo's DirectX wrapper works fine on the same videocard.
