This one i cant seem to solve for awhile and im begining to think for some reason it's the Videocard 😒
(Trident 3DImage 9850) doesnt matter if i use the offical drivers or DisplayDoctor 7 the result's the same.

a friend's going to send me 2 spare ATI AGP Cards to replace this because this is Absurd (not to mention i know the 3DImage 9850 has alot of 3D Issues. ) but any idea if this card's on it's way out or possibly the AGP Slot is bad?

Bad RAM DAC, probably.
You can check for loose solder joints and overheating chips visually and manually. I think thorough inspection will require tools...
