What im looking for is one that can use an actual bio's and video card graphic driver's and possible to adjust sound card's and would need the real driver files to work and is there one who has shader options to look like a crt.
and it should use the .img file type for hard disc's, and networking

and it is a pc emulator im looking for.

This is what I am trying to build (and superfury too) but for proper coverage, PCEm is the best (with its versions like PCEmX and so on).

Alternatively there's also MESS, but system specs are more-or-less locked down to code given the whole MAME legacy

No networking and shaders, but the speedup is coming along

When I said build I mean build from scratch our own emulators, as that is what superfury and me are doing. I've never built PCEm, the binary works well though.

You can download PCem 10.1, it just won't have the bleeding-edge improvements. PCem 10.1 only dates from November.

I'm not sure if anyone is doing public nightly builds or anything, if I remember correctly the wishes of the lead developer is that no one does this (though that might've only applied to the DRC builds).

As for build instructions, try their forums.
