In the 0.61 source, I noticed that src/hardware/ega-switch.h wasn't actually used anymore -- nothing includes it. So I grabbed dosboxcvs.tgz, and AFAICT, neither scripts/ega-switch.pl nor scripts/font-switch.pl is really used.

Any reason it's still hanging around? Maybe it's just me, but I like to purge dead code, keep the source tree clean. Or is it less dead than it appears?
