Hi! I'm having an issue with my retro system when playing games. Until last week I was using exclusively a Geforce card on it just to play the tipycal Directx games (up to Directx 7) and I had no problem at all. But since I installed a Voodoo 2 on it, I can't choose the default card I want to use in many games.

My idea here was to connect the Geforce to my TV by using its DVI output (as it has better image quality), and the Voodoo card by VGA, so I can choose the output I want from the TV remote. Very handy, without having to use pass-trough cables. But I want the Geforce to be used in all games except from Glide ones, so is it possible to force that on Windows 98/ME?

I mean, in many games like Tomb Raider 4, I can choose the renderer device in the setup menu. But for games like, for example, International Rally Championship, the Voodoo takes control over the Geforce and that's what I want to avoid. Before installing the Voodoo, I played it nicely on the Geforce with full 3D acceleration.

Thanks for your help!

Many posts about this here on Vogons, just use 3D Control Center, or 3DCC

Thank you! I tried to search both on Google (site:vogons.org) & Vogons engine but only found Voodoo specific posts

3DCC probably won't be very useful though. The Voodoo2 is already a secondary device that doesn't take absolute priority. It's more useful dealing with PowerVR's hal though 😀
