I got a working ls120 drive and it's read/writes ls120 disk without a problem under w2k but I can only get the drive to read 1.44mb floppys with 98 and dos. Is there some driver or something I'm missing? I tried the salftware for ls120 drive on vogonsdrivers but they do nothing.

Any ideas?

Had to solve this problem myself recently although I'm sure i read there were drivers built in. Either way, I got it working in W98 - couldn't work out how to get LS-120 in DOS because it was knocking my CD-ROM driver out. I should be able to use the LS-120 ATAPI driver for both devices but i couldn't find any documentation on setting up multiple device names. After that it's just a case of assigning drive letters with MSCDEX.

Anyway i found this:

I hope it works!

Didn't you just start a thread about this?

This is the page that says W98 is supported without additional software. And I'm pretty sure it's where i got the DOS driver from. Note it states your BIOS and OS must support it as a bootable device.
