For some reason under MS-DOS, I cannot set the MPU-401 to port 330. I can set it in device manager fine, but still under diagnose, I can only set it to 300. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is the "MSEL" jumper in the closed position, corresponding to port 330?

Ah, I was looking up jumpers online and couldn't find that that did on the page for this card. Oops 😜
