I can remember single articulating arms for CRTs being a thing back in the day and they were pretty darn cool. But were there any multiple-CRT solutions? Even if you had to buy multiple single-unit arms, did anyone ever do this?
Multiple displays was a pretty specialized setup before the first LCD's arrived. Mounting those deep and heavy bastards on arms seems kind of unnecessary.
I have a pretty beefy NOS articulated arm for CRT monitor + keyboard but even with a typical 14" color display fixed to a strong table it's quite wobbly and doesn't inspire any sort of confidence, especially in a seismic country like the one I live in. Mounting multiple expensive and front-heavy CRTs on wobbly articulated arms fixed to a table edge like desk lamps sounds like a recipe for disaster unless you weld together some sort of monstruous contraption. They were quite popular on point of sale systems with their small & light 5~9" monochrome monitors though.
I have seen pictures of old video editing setups where they had a couple large CRTs for editing plus a pro TV monitor to view the final product. None of the monitors were on arms, they used sold heavy desks. An old 21" could be 100+ lbs. , not like you want that to be able to swing around.
