Is there a way to reduce the Joystick sensitivity for Tie Fighter Windows Edition , with an external program for example? I have Windows XP.

Is it perhaps possible to use the arrow keys or the mouse together with the joystick to steer the fighter like in the Dos Version. I already searched for mouse/keyboard to joystick emulators but found nothing useful.
