I really doubt it. That's because modern Operating Systems tend to bypass bios calls and hardware is accessed directly. Besides, turning on certain shadowing, video or system cache, tends to make your system unstable and your memory cache bandwidth is shortened. I recommend you to leave those options DISABLED.
