For some reasons my ECS UM4980 main board (486 Socket3 main board) is beeping now, it doesn't want to boot up (no picture), and i don't know what it mean...

I tried removing all cards from the main board, and it doesn't change the beep code at all. The code it gives me is "1-3-4-1"

Does someone have a list of beep codes for this board somewhere, or for this generation of ECS board? And also, can someone help me with this?
