Try upgrading your OpenGL driver. There are many posts concerning OpenGL problems, try searching the forum.

Nope sir, that's DosBox totally glitchin off on these games, my drivers as well as any other stuff on this system is up to date, my registry is clean and my HD well defragged. I'm runnign forceware drivers, the latest official ones. These drivers are known to be pretty weak for old DirectX based games, but this shouldn't be an issue with DosBox since we're talking about OpenGL here, unless of course, there's a small call somehwere...

It was an issue I've found that got fixed in the DOSBox CVS.
At least it works for me since like I dunno May? I forget when..
Anyways, I haven't had that issue for a while so... I dunno what else to tell you.
