Read about that last night and grabbed it. Functions exactly as you would expect. A nice splash of nostalgia on top of a modern OS.

Interesting. Just checked, and noticed: The package seems to be multi-lingual; it rather resembles Winfile of NT/WfW than of Win 3.0/3.1.
For comparison, have a look at old Winfile 3.0 (gray folder icons, icon bar is part of the file window rather than the Winfile main window).

That's cause NT 3.x/NT4 came with 32-bit file managers. The 16 bit ones wouldn't run on 64-bit Windows.

I know. It was no criticism, just noticed that it was modeled after later releases of Winfile (even though MS and the news call it Win 3(.0) File Manager).
