Specifically, it's about boards with part number AT486IP2, MBDPCI001AxWW, and MBDPCI002AxWW that I'm trying to emulate. What Super I/O chip did they have?

Gateway was using Micronics boards in some of their machines at the time. Maybe the parts cross reference?

Edit: looks like this is the board complete with closeup of the Super IO chip Re: 3.3V AT power supply connector?
