I have found an MV035 REV.F motherboard which works fine but it didn't have voltage regulator.
So I added SPX2815AU Adjustable (LT1086 compatible) to it but now it doesn't work at 3.45V
It booted fine with AMD 5x86 at 3.3V but I worry since this CPU needs 3.45V 😐

Another problem is that I wanted to use four 64KB cache chips but seems it requires 16KB tag RAM.
Sadly, 16KB chip is rare and it doesn't work with 32KB tag RAM unless I use eight 32KB cache chips 😵

As for voltage, the datasheet says:

"VCC . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3.3 V ±0.3 V"

So anything from 3.0 to 3.6 is fine.

Oh, seems the voltage jumper was faulty. I replaced it and the motherboard works fine at 3.45V now 😊

Then won't it work at 4.0V ?
What about LT1086?

Why do you want to run it with 4.0V? If you go higher than 3.6V, you may fry the chip.

I know, just wanted to know about the model of regulators, LT1086 vs SPX2815AU

Where did you find it?

Oh, just solved all the problems. The cache chips were fake 😵
Now it works with four 64KB cache chips and even 32KB tag RAM 😊
