I only have these pictures. It's either CGA or EGA, no other info.

My guess would be that it's a CGA clone. The MC6845 definitely fits the bill. And the ROM chip at the top is probably the character ROM. If you compare it to an original IBM CGA there are definitely some similarities:

16 KB RAM, therefore CGA and nothing more.
