Some BIOS chips legs are very rusty, so don't get your hopes up. Maybe ISA slots are in bad shape too, especially two from the bottom. Everything else is so dirty that it's hard to judge.

Dont think you should have any problems there. No RUST just Dust. give is a clean and i bet it powers up.
