I have come to realize that the 486dx2@66mhz is the best computer and sweet spot for playing DOS games.
It can be run at 66mhz or using the turbo switch and Setmul utility it can be down clocked to as low as 286@10mhz
For playing really old DOS games like Wing Commander.
I would like to see photos of your best 486 computer preferably 66mhz computer.
Here are mine.
IBM PS/1 with Intel 486dx2@50mhz
With Sound Blaster Pro 2.0 sound card.
Cirrus Logic 5428 graphics ( 1mb )
