When I use dgVoodoo 2 with Outlaws, sometimes the loading wheel/cursor from Windows shows up in the middle of the screen during gameplay. Any help? Forcing V-Sync doesn't seem to help.

Just setting the cursor to a blank cursor in Windows works, it can be scripted in AHK:

Wish there was a better solution though.
