You could build it yourself, MinGW will build DOSBox and it's a free compiler...

I will probably make the 0.63 version with debugger available for download as well.
(no cvs updates just the 0.63 version, that is if people are interested.)

I would be. It would be a good thing if from now on every new release also had a debugger version available for download.
