Hard Drive error

Dosbox use to work fine on my pc but for some reason now when I try to mount a drive it says can't be found. For instance, I type in mount c e:
and then it says "Directory e: doesn't exist".
I have no idea why, I checked my hardware manager and it could detect my hard drives. Can someone please help me with this?

Thank you! It's working now the reason it didn't work was because I forgot to put the slash in there. That's probably because I hadn't used Dosbox for a while and I forgot most of the commands.
