Most of you probably know the TweakBios software from 1999, that could modify "hidden" BIOS settings.

As the freeware version 1.53b is still around:

there seems to be no (legal?) way to get the registered version any more, that would support loading/saving the tweaked settings.
Is it considered abandonware nowadays?
How to approach such software gems being probably "lost" nowadays?

It isn't lost. Just no way to get a "legal" copy.
