Empire Earth works without dg vodoo, but have terible performance with amd cards

With dg vodoo 2 i get picture in picture minimap problems (background is white), and neoee multiplayer lobby loosing mouse cursor outside of game (imposible to click anything, it clicks on desktop instead).
