I found one Seagate ST31230N SCSI hard disk. It's not Write Protected but I can't format it in DOS, Windows or SCSI ROM utility.
Even If I delete its partitions via fdisk, those partitions will revert back again. I tried it with various SCSI cards but no luck 🤔

Try a format using the BIOS of the SCSI card. Most SCSI cards offer that feature in their BIOSes.

I tried but it didn't help.

I've seen this behaviour before, the drive is probably bad
