i am using a dynamic CPU core and 3000 cycles, but civilization wont run. can any1 help me?

yeah it quits with a CPU:GPR5 error, full core comes up with Illegal opcode as well.

im sure, ive had it running on an old 100mhz p1 that ive also got. i just want it running in DosBox incase the 100mhz one blows up

I just tried it.

civ.exe
select vga
select soundblaster
select mouse+keyboard

press esc
press with mouse new world

then intro starts
