Got my eprom programmer but the official software is downloading at 9600 baud with 8 hours to go. A roadblock at every turn. Anyone have a mirror or can help me out?

http://www.xgecu.com/ is down for some reason. I downloaded 10.29 from there yesterday with no problem.
