hi, iam currently runing windows xp, n tried runing Strike commander with it but it doesnt work n gives an error sayin : ''''Protected mode driver is not responding to EMS function calls. Make sure your EMS driver is not configured with the NOEMS option. If it is, replace the option ''NOEMS'' with ''RAM'' '''' ...............

So has anyone got any solutions on it?

That's the same error Wing Commander: Privateer was giving me a couple weeks ago... I think I had to set EMS=false in my dosbox.conf, but I'm not sure.

Yes, Strike Commander and Privateer are both made by Origin near the same time and have the same error message.
They also use the same Game Memory Manager - JEMM except I think Strike Commander was a little more stable.
When you play those games you have to have EMS=FALSE no matter what.
Otherwise it won't run.
I've played these games soo much It's hard to forget. 😉
