So I'm trying to install windows 7 and it gives me this^

it is of course, probably correct, but then this dude is running it on a little tiny pentium 90 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGXERfhe-Oo

my setup is gonna be a little beefier than his 🤣 but it is of the same or slightly newer generation hardware.

so how do I get past the error? start the install on another computer and swap it over when it reboots?

Well, So I tried starting setup on a different computer. Then when it rebooted mid way I put it back together. It got this far🤷‍♂️ Progress I suppose...

The hard drive is a 120gb and the bios is having trouble with booting to it and detecting it correctly I put the hard drive on a silicon image sil0680 and to my surprise unlike the rest of the day it actually started booting to it. But about the time the color balls start swirling around it halted..

Maybe I can try safe mode? On setup? Is that a thing? F8 right?
