Hello,

I tried to get Rollcage Extreme (latest version) running on my Windows XP system.
Unfortunately after installation I keep ending up with an error message that tells me the the rollcage extreme executable is not a valid win32 application.
I tried many things.. I downloaded the file several times... I made a new installation of XP... I installed the C++ 2015 version that comes with the installer from another separate file... I scanned for viruses... tried several USB drives and ports... XP SP3 is up to date with latest official updates.. Nothing worked!

Rollcage Redux runs without any problem but Rollcage Extreme refuses to start - every time setup is completed...

System is
ASRock 775i65g
Pentium 4 551
2GB DDR400
POWERCOLOR RADEON HD 3850
120GB SSD

Does someone have similar experiences? Or even a solution?

Rollcage Extreme is a port to modern systems and I seriously doubt it´s possible to get working on WinXP.

It runs with Windows XP... Just had to go back to version 1.1.8
Due to changes for Windows 10 in 1.1.9 it came to my mind, that compatibility for XP is broken - and yes indeed. That brought the solution
